Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Jewellery and Sunglasses items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and personalized/custom items (for hygiene and customization reasons).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer or store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
